We are beginning to implement automation for New Business Applications using the OpenBots Automation Tool. Previously, our Underwriting team manually processed new business applications received via email as PDF attachments. Agents filled out standardized forms, which were then manually entered into our internal data management system.


Now, the OpenBots Robot downloads the forms from emails, uploads them to the OpenBots GPT platform for document data extraction, and Underwriting verifies the data extracted. The robot then creates the quote using the verified data and sends a final status report to the Underwriting Team. This automation will help reduce processing time and improve accuracy, allowing the team to focus on more complex cases and provide quicker resolutions for our clients.
